Terms and Conditions for Appliance Repair Services
Welcome to Kuya Nesty Appliance Repair Services. By requesting or receiving repair services from us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding with any service.
1. Scope of Service
Kuya Nesty Appliance Repair Services provides diagnostic, repair, and parts replacement services for residential appliances. All services are performed based on the appliance’s condition at the time of inspection and the information provided by the customer.
2. Limited Warranty
All completed repairs are covered by a 30-day limited warranty, which includes labor and any parts replaced during the initial service. This warranty applies only to the specific issue that was diagnosed and repaired. It does not cover unrelated problems, misuse, unauthorized tampering, electrical issues, or external damage (e.g., water or power surge).
3. Payment Terms
Payment is due in full upon completion of service, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted payment methods include cash, credit/debit cards, and approved digital payment platforms.
Please note: Kuya Nesty may request an upfront payment or deposit for the purchase of replacement parts or other service-related costs prior to proceeding with the repair. This ensures availability and timely delivery of necessary components.
4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Customers must notify us at least 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service may be subject to a non-refundable service call fee.
5. Service Call Fee
A non-refundable diagnostic or service call fee may apply. This fee covers technician time and travel. If the customer decides not to proceed with the recommended repair, the fee will still be charged.
6. Access and Safety Requirements
Customers are responsible for providing safe and clear access to the appliance. Kuya Nesty reserves the right to refuse service if the location is deemed unsafe or inaccessible at the time of the appointment.
7. Limitation of Liability
Kuya Nesty shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from appliance failure or malfunction. Liability is limited solely to the repair services provided. We are not responsible for pre-existing issues or damages unrelated to the service rendered.
8. Use of Third-Party Parts
At the customer’s request—or when OEM parts are unavailable—we may install third-party or non-original equipment manufacturer (OEM) parts. Kuya Nesty is not responsible for the long-term performance or warranty of third-party components.
9. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must report any post-service issues related to the original repair within the 30-day warranty period. Failure to do so may result in denial of warranty coverage. The warranty is void if the appliance is tampered with by other service providers or individuals after the repair.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the City of Carmona, Cavite, Philippines. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located within this jurisdiction.
